our designated number of reps per set.
For straight sets, simply perform
the designated number of reps, rest for the prescribed time and then repeat.
EMOM stands for «every minute on the minute,» meaning you perform one exercise for
a designated number of reps, then take a breather for the remainder of the minute.
Continue for
the designated number of reps and then change legs.
