When sauce has reached
desired thickness (leave it a little thinner than you
want, as it will thicken on cooling), taste and adjust seasonings.
Remove the dough from the fridge and divide it into two (easier to work with)-- roll out onto a lightly floured surface to the
desired thickness (you don't
want it too thick or too thin!)
Slowly add the powdered sugar, beating well and adding as much as you
want to reach your
desired thickness and consistency (I used about 2 cups).
If you don't
want (or have time to) freeze your banana, you can add ice cubes to achieve
desired thickness.
