During planning of my Paleo Thanksgiving, I've come across two
parts of the meal that is more difficult to create paleo - friendly
than the others: Stuffing and
Dessert.
You're right — I'd really prefer to work on removing the all -
dessert lunch / breakfast
than focus on a single
part of the menu.
For this reason it's best to avoid eating sweets by themselves; instead include
dessert made with whole foods as
part of a balanced meal, no more
than 2 - 3 times per week.
