I am sure you know, but your readers might not, that you can make coconut butter by putting
dessicated coconut in a high powered blender.
I use
dessicated coconut in many of my recipes.
I'm based in Argentina where coconut flour is not common so i usually use
dessicated coconut in replace of it.
They are quite like Cowboy Cookies that I had in America so next time might put
dessicated coconut in them.

When you've done them all you could give them a second coat, and roll them
in some toppings: chopped nuts, cacao powder,
dessicated coconut etc would all work very well!
I just made what I thought was
coconut flour
in my Vita Mix this morning but I guess it was
dessicated coconut.
1/2 frozen banana (
in slices or chunks) or 1/2 banana plus a few ice cubes 1 large sweet potato 5 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt 300 ml milk of choice 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp
dessicated coconut 2 tbsp flaxseed powder (optional) 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
In a food processor, blitz the
dessicated coconut with the Supergreens powder for a minute until well combined.
Once mixed, fold
in the grated carrot,
dessicated coconut, nuts and raisins.

in BA, i usually buy my ingredients (for grain - free / paleo recipes) such as almonds, flax seeds, chia seeds,
dessicated coconut etc

Roll it
in finely shredded

dessicated coconut which I am unable to buy as they all have «many contain traces of nuts» on the packing which this does not.
