Iv» e been doing the 21 day sugar
detox so I have been doing a
smoothie with yogurt,
almond butter, coconut butter, unsweetened chocolate,
milk and one banana and it's been keeping me full till lunch.
When not in serious
detox mode, I like to make a morning
smoothie treat a few times a week using raw cacao,
almond or coconut
milk, a banana and pure stevia to sweeten with hemp seeds, chia seeds and ice.

Detox Smoothie (adapted from the recipe by Dr. Mark Hyman, «10 - Day
Detox Diet») Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened coconut or
almond milk 1 cup water 1 cup organic frozen or fresh berries 1 TBS
almond butter (organic and raw is best) 3 TBS hemp seeds 1 TBS flax seeds 1 TBS coconut butter 4 raw organic walnuts 1/4 lemon 2 TBS cinnamon Pinch of cayenne Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
