practices, observe and coach other teachers, lead teacher teams, and participate in the selection and induction
of new teachers.12
Providing opportunities for students to

development of the reading skills they need to become better readers and more

of a teacher's career should build from their preparation experience, with a robust mentoring and induction program for novice teachers seeking to further new teachers» efforts to improve their
