I am currently developing an application which retrieves
diagnostic trouble
codes from my car's OBD
system and display any DTCs in a list.
All of this leads me to think that the turbo should be working — in other words the problem I'm seeking is not in the control
system (despite getting a
diagnostic code, P0245 / 16629 that suggests a control
system problem).

If there is a problem with the traction control

codes will provide the key clues to finding, and repairing, the fault in the
system.
The P2422
diagnostic trouble
code is an indication that the vent valve of the evaporative emissions control
system (EVAP) is stuck closed.
If other EVAP
system diagnostic trouble
codes have been stored by the PCM, they should be diagnosed in the order that they appear in the OBD - II scanner.
The P2403
diagnostic trouble
code (DTC) is an indication that the evaporative emission (EVAP) control
system leak detection pump sensor has an open circuit.
When the P0506
diagnostic trouble
code is stored by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), it is an indication that the revolutions per minute (RPM) of the idle control
system is lower than expected.

system and so the first thing to do is check for stored
