Since
this dialogical relation to the Bible is so important, we should see five aspects of the dialogue in closer detail.
This «inclusiveness» is of the essence of
the dialogical relation, for the teacher sees the position of the other in his concrete actuality yet does not lose sight of his own.
One who understands the essence of man in terms of

By principle we mean the whole concern that governs the communication: when the monological principle is employed, one person tells another what he ought to know, and the communication is content - centered; when the
dialogical principle governs a communication, the speaker feels responsible for and responds to the patterns of experience and understanding that his listener brings to the situation, and thus the listener is encouraged to grapple with his own meaning in
relation to the speaker's meaning.
