I'm not neccessarily talking a changing table - even
just a changing pad tucked in a corner with
diapers and clothes
stashed in a basket or other container will do.
I have never used bleach, but my sister
just gave me her
stash of cloth
diapers and want to disinfect before using them... great options to choose from here!
