You haven't done any real statistical testing even for US48, so it is even premature to make any conclusions concerning the GISSTEMP US48 results, not to speak of the algorithm in general.
An analysis of the figures will show why — NASA GISSTEMP shows a warming trend since 2000, whereas HADCRUT3 does not.

He doesn't say whose data he used but I checked this with HadCRUT3 and NASA GISStemp (he cites right wing propaganda site scienceandpublicpolicy.org but they have no obvious temperature data).
