I wanted a band that tracked my steps and heart rate, ideally
did sleep tracking, and had a decent battery life.
The design it isn't as subtle as the likes of the Fitbit Alta HR, which offers the same features bar the waterproofing and swim tracking, and the Steel HR doesn't
do sleep tracking in as much depth as the Alta HR either.

sleep tracking demand, but it's also generated a good deal of competition in the category, much of which doesn't cost very much.
It's a Charge HR on steroids, a Charge HR that pushes you to
do more beyond just basic step - counting and
sleep -

It also means it can actually
track my
sleep, something that's just a pain to
do with a more power - hungry watch.

tracks a variety of metrics and syncs to the «Mi Band» Android app developed by Xiaomi — including the amount of calories you have burned according to the activity you have
done, how long you have
slept for, and even a graph that dissects the different stages of your
sleep.
