coconut flour can not be
subbed for almond
flour, i don't always know if a flax egg will work
for egg, etc. i work very hard to create the delicious recipes to share with you and too many substitutions makes the recipe different than what i set out
for it.

I find it very hard to
do raw without nuts, but you could try
subbing coconut flour for the almond meal.
As
for subbing macadamia
for hazelnuts, I'm not sure... the fat content of macadamia is much higher than that of the hazelnuts... if you
do try it, be really careful not to over process them, as they turn to butter fairly quickly, and maybe add an extra tablespoon of
coconut flour to make up
for the extra fat content.

flour for coconut flour before because it is really absorbent but I usually
do a bit more, so in this case where is calls
for 1/4 cup of
coconut flour, I would try using 1/3 to a 1/2 cup oat
flour!
