I did weight watchers twice in the last two years, with two different plans, and both times I didn't lose anything.
We did weight watchers before and used them then fell off the band wagon when we had a baby but now we are back and using myfitness pal and your recipes again!!

did put the recipe into my
weight watchers app and set the servings for the whole recipe to be for 10.
This has nothing to
do with your recipe, which I'm dying to try but I see that you calculate your points using recipe builder through
weight watchers... am I just missing it because I've googled it & searched all over the app & I can't find a single builder!

do to make this sauce more
weight watcher friendly.
I pointed this on
weight watchers as well and to get down to 3 points a serving I had to show as the recipe makes a total of 14 servings — but I don't want to have to make it and measure out and divide by 14 before I can decide to make it!

1 x handful Frozen berries (can use ice + fresh berries if you like) 3 x tbsp Cottage Cheese (I use
weight watchers brand but any low - fat will
do) 2 x tbsp Low - fat Yoghurt (natural is preferred) 1/2 cup Milk (full cream, low fat whatever you like) 1 x tsp Honey (This is a must unless you really like the taste of cottage cheese) 1 scoop protein powder (I use chocolate flavour)

doing something wrong?
There is no easy and clear solution to curbing behaviors you don't like about yourself, whether it is eating badly, spending too much money, having a bad temper, smoking, drinking or worse — otherwise there wouldn't be places like
weight watchers, anger management, AA or rehab and the world would be a much nicer place for everyone.
If you follow the
Weight Watcher diet you don't have to eat less.
I went to
weight watchers a few weeks ago and it just didn't sit right with me, especially how much sugar is in some of the things you can still eat.
In that time I have followed
weight watchers, a chronic low fat diet, strict Paleo, and plenty of other nutritional protocol paths that don't have a simple definition.
Does anyone know what like a one inch square of it would be for
