I started to read
blogs for recipe inspirations, and after keeping to a clean
diet for only a few weeks, I felt so much better
in myself.

Dear Ella, thank you so much for writing this Well done on being open and honest — and for those of us who struggle
in a similar way to you with the day to day hassle of a medical condition, this type of
blog post is just as helpful and useful as a new recipe, if not more so You are right — having to live with a restricted
diet and lifestyle can be very isolating and frustrating, and even the loveliest friends can struggle to understand what we're going through at times!
Oprah wrote a
blog describing her 21 - Day Cleanse
in which she attempted to eliminate caffeine, sugar, alcohol, gluten and animal products from her
diet.
Many great gluten - free
blogs (including yours) have introduced me to naturally gluten - free foods that I'd never heard of before and that are now staples
in my
diet (e.g. quinoa) and for that I am extremely thankful.
I wrote a
blog post and abandoned the
diet in March last year.
The amount of recipes from your
blog that have become staples
in my
diet is ridiculous... my hope is that the book will replace my laptop
in taking the brunt of my sticky fingers and grease splatters:) I also must beg you to come to Canada!
