diet wrote by a MD that happens to have
only one kidney since he was a child, and he links the occurence of kidney stones in those children of the early ketogenic studies to the prevailing idea of water in those days, ie, that water should be consumed in small amounts because it was thougth to provoque interferences with ketonic bodies production, and that was though to lessen their positive effects

book took me down the rabbit hole with promises of becoming a radiantly alkaline being if I could
only stick with the highly restrictive

book I read, the
diet begins with a two week very low carb
diet [20 grams of carbo perday] in order to transition the body into a state of nutritional ketosis, using ketones not glucose / insulin for energy generation; however, it is not intended to be a permanent such state but rather for the dieter to gradually add in carbs; however, is one added in
only up to the limit, which varies from person to person, of carbs to just below the lvel that would transition out of ketosis, then Atkins would work with that in mind and requiring monitoring for blood or urine ketone levels and must needs be high fat,, moderate protein, and low carbs
However, knowing at least the daily calorie requirements of adult dogs may be helpful to pet owners to feed their pets the correct amount of commercial pet food, while those who prefer feeding adult dogs a home - made
diet would be better to consult with a veterinarian or buy a specialist
book not to incur in dietetic errors and to provide their pets not
