diet and has for years now, so enjoying plenty of raw dishes, such as smoothies, is a great way to add balance, raw nutrition, and keep things simple too.
For instance, my
body doesn't seem to
do well with extremes: too little food, a raw food
diet, too much animal protein or refined carbs, too much natural sugar, added sugar, extremely high amounts of protein or extremely high amounts of fat, etc. etc. etc..
