There is a growing community of vegan
gurus who support a
diet based on high carb low fat foods in HUGE portions.
Sure you can get these «metabolic typology» books and «blood type
diet» books, but in the end it boils down to what suits YOU best, the more I see patients the more I have come to realise that there is book or
guru who can tell you with perfect accuracy what protein is best for you, it is only by trial and error and lots of experimentation that you will come to determine your own exact needs.
There is no one
who can determine your ideal
diet; not a nutritionist, doctor, media
guru, book or internet article.
This is when you start running into vegan juicing hippies, «eat right for your type» crazies, guys trying to sell you weed that burns fat,
gurus selling gluten free
diets who can't even explain what gluten is, and one specific girl (
who will not be named)
who believes sitting in an airplane is bad for you.
There are videos by all of the WFPB
guru's (McDougall, Esselstyne, Campbell, etc.) and numerous cooking demos by these people (or their wives, family, etc) as well as others
who eat WFPB
diets.
Any woman
who can lose 100 Lbs — and keep it off — knows more than most
diet gurus about what you need to eat to burn fat and fight that ever - constant battle against weight regain..
