I wrote a
blog post and abandoned the
diet in March last
year.
As I was embracing a vegetarian
diet, I started following her 101cookbooks
blog a few
years ago, the site is comprehensive with plenty of excellent recipes, and helpful feedback.
Trust me, Pure Ella isn't a
diet or restrictive - eating
blog but I've learned so much over the
years about food and you know what?
I have only been able to make my favourite dessert since following your
blog and learning that coconut cream can easily be separated and replace real cream — and that was 4
years after I started following a vegan
diet.
Angela's
blog was one of the first I stumbled upon when I first turned to a plant based
diet four and half
years ago.
I have been a follower of your
blog for about 8
years but have been on an AIP
diet for close to a
year now and also can't tolerate coconut.
