sheets we have made allowing pupils to self assess and to show them the
different styles of questions they need to be able to
answer.
Instead of correcting all
sheets looking for the same
answers, surface and deep thinking were probed at
different levels based on where the students were at the time of the teacher responses.
Otherwise an
answer here is no
different from just looking online at a cheat
sheet.
For those interested in a more technical
answer, it is calculated by blending four
different ratios, two of which are balance
sheet - based and two of which are income statement - based.
For the ice
sheets the
answer is probably no (but experts on the subject might have a better idea), but for the overturning circulation or the ecosystem changes, the
answer is probably yes — i.e. a slower rate of warming could lead to a
different response (allowing time for ocean mixing to mitigate the effects, or adaptation of species to the new conditions).
