Unless your idea of physical aesthetics is radically
different from the one endorsed by most people, you have to agree that, if done properly, strength training can help you build a spectacular
physique by maximally developing every muscle in your
body, while cycling and running will mostly affect your calves and quads (and possibly weaken your posture).
P.S. Paleolithic HIIT might be the best form of exercise for reducing
body fat, and especially for reducing chest fat, but if you want to build a manly
physique, you've got ta do something totally
different.

body as well as cardiovascular and resistance training, working on and improving your strength, power and endurance; spiking the heart rate during the workout equals shredded
body fat, giving you that toned

physique you also must achieve perfect proportions between
different body parts and refine each and every part of a
body part.
