At the present time, if a seller client does a Google search for their own listed property it is likely to come up under more
different brokerage names, plus the third party sites etc., than I care to count.

This year things are a bit
different with two
brokerages being
named as providing, in Dalbar's assessment, leading customer service.
Just copy and paste it into your email, edit it any way you want or create something
different then close with your
name, title and
brokerage then send it off.
Instead of sponsoring 20
different events in the community to get your
name out there, you're much better off picking something really important to the individuals in your
brokerage.
A real estate team, associate real estate broker or real estate salesperson may use a logo
different from that of the real estate broker or real estate
brokerage with whom they are associated, provided that the
name or logo of the real estate broker or real estate
brokerage is also printed in the advertisement.
In some states, if you're an individual agent operating under a team
name or other assumed
name that's
different from that of your
brokerage, you also need to register with the state.
I'm thinking that in regard to buyer
brokerage and fees, perhaps the identifying term maybe should have a
different name that might make it easier for some to understand.
