Hi, so I have used about 10
different macro
calculators and they all encourage 2000 +
calories to loose weight but i feel like this is too much since i weigh 220 I have lost 99 pounds but I have hit a plateau and loosing slowly which is fine but i am just concerned i do nt want to gain weight.
