Using
different coconut ingredients such as coconut oil, Coconut Cream Concentrate and coconut milk to make candies will not only will provide coconut flavor, but also cut out a lot of complicated steps to candy making.

coconut oil before but of course everyone reacts to
ingredients in
different ways.

coconut flour - Unlike other flours,
coconut has
different binding properties and tends to absorb wet
ingredients differently.
If you are buying de-fatted almond flour or
coconut flour, you are purchasing a very
different ingredient than I use in my recipes.
From this point you can do two
different things: you can put the contents of the pan into a blender or food processor with the rest of the gravy
ingredients (1 1/2 C. Light
Coconut Milk, Nooch, and Liquid Aminos) and pulse a few times for a smoother consistency; OR just add the rest of the
ingredients to the pan for a chunkier gravy.
You can easily imagine my joy when I got the same texture and delicious taste with healthy
ingredients like cashews,
coconut cream, honey, lemon juice and berries (not exactly the same, of course, but amazing in a
different way).
