drier... I think it's always fun to play around with
different flour — fat combinations to see what works best.
And feel free to swap in
different nuts, seeds or additions like large - flake
coconut or
dried fruit.
The latter, however, is made from
dried coconut meat and often undergoes
different chemical processes (bleaching, deodorizing).

different depending on the brand, so that could be why it was so
dry.
However making my memory i lol forgot the parmesan cheese and had used 1/2 cup of
coconut flour (I have been doing lots of
different bakings so confusion lol) I wondered why it was
dry through in a third egg thinking it was 3 and it baked perfectly.
I used whole wheat flour instead of white and used 1/2 cup of
coconut palm sugar instead of 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup of maple syrup (I don't like maple), used 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice instead of the
different spices listed and I added
dried fruit juice sweetened cranberries.
I made this lovely, crunchy bark with 3
different toppings:
dried cranberries + toasted pepitas, just plain sea salt, and toasted sliced almonds + toasted unsweetened
coconut flakes.
