McCoy started marketing his product in 1986, a time when no one was making
different flavors of apple sauce.
Not exact matches
But generally, using several
different types
of apples gives the pie a much better
flavor and depth
of texture.
While too much refined sugar will mask the
flavor of fresh blueberries, too much grape or
apple or pear concentrate will mute the
flavor of the fresh fruit you are working with and give you an entirely
different product.
You can enhance the hickory or maple wood smoke
flavor in the bacon by using that type
of wood for your fire, or you can add a little
different flavor to your poppers by using
apple, oak, or pecan.
Side note: you can use other types
of wood chips for slightly
different flavor;
apple wood, mesquite, cherry are all good.
Each type
of apple will bring a
different flavor and sweetness to the end recipe; they'll also change the color too.
The fruit is not less spectacular: it is non-pungent with sweet, very strong and pleasant
apple flavor in the edges, but the center
of the pod is something entirely
different: it's HOT.
For my batch
of Oatmeal Energy Balls, I chose to make four
different flavors: dark chocolate chip, banana chip,
apple cinnamon, and coconut.
Fruit snacks are a tasty source
of Vitamin C and they come in lots
of different flavors including
Apple Orchard Medley, Strawberry, Tangy Fruits, Concord Grape and more.
I used 3

apple picking adventures, and wanted a mix

Along with the million cookies, they also had a bunch
of different flavored cupcakes, cannoli, and a candy
apple bar.

apples, I found that mixing
different kinds
of apples makes a richer
flavor.
