Announced ten years ago as a completely different game, then switched to newer hardware and a
completely different game engine, before replacing its director and finally breaking ground a decade later?
So what we ended up doing was rebuilding the entire game from scratch in
a different game engine.
Definitely not Call of duty because they use
a different Game engine.
Star Wars Episode 1: Battle for Naboo is a spiritual successor to Rogue Squadron, and features a similar gameplay style (despite being built in
a different game engine).
Because if the team is using
a different game engine then it likely means that this is a completely different kind of gameplay experience compared to what was built for Battlefield and Star Wars: Battlefront.
It even appears to be using
a different game engine (are our eyes deceiving us?)
This is down mostly to
the different game engine used.
