Project - based schools demand
a different kind of accountability.
They argue private schools accepting vouchers should not necessarily be subject to the law because embedded in vouchers is
a different kind of accountability, accountability to parents that can choose to take their children, and their tax dollars, elsewhere.
The challenge is to retain the legal rights and simultaneously move toward
