I personally rotate between a couple
different kinds of protein powder for variety (the body needs different amino acids, just like it needs a variety of micronutrients from greens - so don't just put only spinach in your smoothie every day, got ta mix it up!).

4 T protein powder — I used vanilla egg white protein powder by Jay Robb — you could use
a different kind of protein powder, the egg white p.p. definitely gives it a good texture.
