There is a lot of information out the from the
midwifery side on how to manage a breech, mostly hands off and encourage slow decent, that sort of thing... that is
different than the OB
model, which seems to be just do the best you can — which if hands off is better then that sounds like an OB could possibly actual make a situation worse.
