I had brazil nuts & pumpkin seeds lying around, but I'm sure you could play around with
different nut options and combinations.
I'll have to try them the suggested way but I think playing with
different nut options and syrup flavorings would be great — maybe even a Rarebird curd or preserve reduction... Pear Vanilla Pinot Blanc anyone?!?

I don't know why I feel so much

nuts anymore... no tofu... I'm also worried that this oatmeal and fruit
option for breakfast is going to make me gain weight since it's way more carbohydrates than I used to have with the powder protein...
