Everyone gave me a
different answer for each question, and if you're tired
of hearing my
opinion, this features a range
of opinions mentioning a variety
of great
films this year.
There are good supporting performances from Mandela's staff, to name a few: chief
of staff Brenda (Adjoa Andoh, making her Hollywood debut)-- she is the closest individual to Mandela throughout the
film; and security guards Jason (Tony Kgoroge) and Etienne (Julian Lewis Jones), who have
different opinions on how the president should be addressed and guarded.
Instead
of documentaries and interviews and the like, the second disc offers an alternate cut
of the
film, which only runs a few minutes longer but features a
different ending that changes the entire point
of the
film... for the better, in my
opinion.
Resonating with some
of the cultural concerns
of the late 1960's when the
film was made, Planet
of the Apes sets up the classic battle
of evolution verses religion, which may prove offensive to some (although the story's construct leaves room to argue that faith and science are not as
different as the
opinions of those who interrupt them).
If the battle between Charles Xavier (James McAvoy) and Erik Lehnsherr (Michael Fassbender) is between
different opinions of how to react to a human attack on mutants, this
film actually gives them a human attack on mutants to which they can respond.
But my
opinion changed when I was a teenager and was exposed to
different kinds
of films.

different opinions of the same
film.
For me (again,
different opinions / take on the
film), I still got a lot
of character INSIGHT through Portman's nuances, looks, way she spoke, what she said, actions, reactions, momentary bouts with the characters around her.
Whilst that I can acknowledge that it did take the
film in a slightly
different direction, and tried to do something a little
different than the original (for example letting Murphy retain his memory whereas in the original Murphy was wiped or delving more into the family life
of Murphy both as a human and as RoboCop), but for me it missed out on having the main villain, it cashed in on using the original them tune (which to be honest I did kinda like), the shoe - horning in
of some
of the original one liners that really felt out
of place, there was tonnes
of CGI which unfortunately is to be expected these days and I felt it was considerably toned down to appeal more to the younger audience, losing the over gratuitous violence and blood that the original had which in my
opinion gave it some
of the charm that it still has today.
Activities — designed to suit
different age - groups — include games and activities to develop identification and analysis
of different camera shots, learning how to construct a story and use character analysis in scriptwriting, analysing use
of sound, expressing thoughts and
opinions on a piece
of film and exploring mise - en - scene.
While a review expresses only your
opinion and summarizes the plot
of the movie, a movie evaluation essay involves deeper analysis
of different layers
of the
film, such as symbolism, settings, theme, and so on.
Wow... I guess everyone has
different opinions about the quality
of films.
