Sometimes we do a little random sampling of dating
profiles from
different sites just to get a sense of what what our
readers are dealing with.
These photos can show
different sides of the
profile holder's personality and give the
reader a chance to see them in
different outfits and moods.
What
readers are likely to find compelling about the charter networks
profiled in this project are the
different approaches used.
For example, in a study that examined at - risk
readers in Grades 2 and 3,
different profiles of reading skills were found (Pierce et al., 2007).
And it's not just e-books that can generate cash, but audio books and translations for
different markets, all of which can help raise an author's
profile and attract new
readers, helping to boost book sales.
The
profile of a
reader and maker of comments on FaceBook seems to me to be
different from that of the avid paperback
reader (or inveterate peruser of books on their eReader).
As an author, you can have a
different type of
profile than the typical
reader profile on Goodreads.
A
profile is a summary by a
different name, still considered «seller's fluff» (or ignored) by
readers, still doesn't address recency, still takes up your most valuable resume real estate and still is basically a cover letter squeezed into the top of your resume.
Taking time to ensure your headline, summary and the tone of your LinkedIn
profile are
different from that of your resume is key to standing out from your sales competition, and to persuading
readers to reach out for an interview!
