In the
recipe below I listed the veggies I used to fill my summer
rolls, it's a wonderful combination of
different textures, a little crunch, and little heat.
Inspired by their
recipe for cinnamon
rolls, I decided to use the granola in a same - same - but -
different form, babka.

Then I followed Katie's
recipe, the only thing I did
different was to mince the sage, season with salt and pepper then combine the ham and sage with the leak, pumpkin, and onion mixture, which I dolloped a big spoonful onto each crepe,
rolled up, placing into a roasting pan.
This
roll recipe uses a
different flour (the white sprouted wheat berries), so it is possible that it would turn out well without the added gluten.
Since I found out I was gluten intolerant, I've been experimenting with many
different bread type
recipes and this was the first cinnamon
roll one that I came across and it is a keeper!
