As you play through all of
the different side missions, you are treated to different times of day and a variety of weather conditions, all of which do a great job of showing off the impressive lighting and physics systems under the hood of Ground Zeroes.
In addition to the main missions there are dozens of
different side missions you can complete for moral and money.
You can even engage in a variety of
different side missions such as supporting Gotham Police or hunting down other villains who threaten the citizens of Gotham who remained behind.
But if you are looking for a game with hundred
different side missions and things to do like GTA, this is not what you will find here.

Hundreds of puzzles to solve via message in bottles / books, weather and day / night effects that affect you,
different types of
missions that allow you to stumble upon more quests along the way and get
side - tracked, PvP where you can steal opponent's loot, 45 minute raids where you are prone to attack from other players, rep gains that lead to end - game, customize boat / pirate to show off your skill, easy to pick up and hard to master.
But it has given us much more: hours and hours of gameplay, acción / RPG gameplay, stellar Voice acting / script, tons of
side missions and exploring, lovable / likable / crappy characters, beautiful worlds and lore, dinamic battle system with
different classes that totally change the way we play as Shepard, female and male Shepard (how many games do that).
The game has
different paths, which kinda play out like
side missions.
Aside from the main story
missions, you also have five
different types of
side missions, one for each of your crew and one to forget.
They provide the player with
different ways in which to tackle a
mission, or a multiple number of
side missions and quests to solve, while pursuing the main goal or quest of the game.
The story does not take anything from its predecessor, instead it goes straight ahead with
different main operations and various
side missions.
Then outside of the story
missions you have a bunch of
different side tasks that you can carry out, the most entertaining being having to basically extorting money from local businesses by interrogating them and «persuading» them to pay for your protection.
Looking to honor the roots that Marvel's Spider - Man has within some of its more critically acclaimed video game entries, Insomniac's version is an open - world adventure with several
different mission types — including
side missions.
Talking with
different characters can also open up more
side missions for you to play as well.
You do have the ability to take on 40
side missions while your driving from
different areas in the game that are great ways to earn intuition points which help make better decisions during interrogations.
The
side missions are very much the same, this is true, but there are multiple ways to approach them to make them feel a bit
different.
They can view
mission objectives, examine the map from all
sides, learn about the
different guards on duty and their patrol routes and even replay the briefing just in case they forgot something.
Again, though, it's a testament to the gameplay that the repetitive objectives don't feel like much of a problem, because even extracting a prisoner for the nth time in a
side mission feels like a chance to play around in a
different way.
Different mission types lead to upgrades or perks, such as adding a nitro boost to cars, and there are
side missions for almost everything in the game, from wingsuit courses to boating challenges.
The
side missions were a lot of fun because each one was
different and you never do the same thing twice.
Presided over by Davebot 3000 on the plant
side, and Dr. Patient on the zombie
side of things, faction
missions task players with a variety of
different objectives ranging from recovering a shoe to defending and escorting a giant stump back to the base.
Missions are much more like levels that players will play and replay from
different angles in
side quests, collecting all the loot and Jinjos — er, Kodama — that they can find.
In WildStar your path determines your
side quests and extra
missions which are based on four
different aspects of MMOs, as well as give your character three (or four if you're a Settler) path - related abilities.
Where this game tends to stumble a little is in some of the
side missions that you have to do in order to recruit the
different characters.
Rather than solely attacking your Dungeon Heart, in the same predictable manner,
different group of heroes may have
different «
side»
missions.
A good argument to look at it is, nighttime gaming adds a «new» element, where one can do extra
missions, see
different sides of characters, and sometimes not see where the heck they are going.
Basically and like a Greek Tragedy, your character was raised by your homelands enemy which is where the choice comes into play on which
side you want to support which in turn sets you on a
different journey, including
different characters, plots and
missions.
Side missions practically guided me through a multitude of
different approaches to a level.
The freedom you have to approach outposts in
different ways extends to a lot of
side missions as well.
There was no real compelling reason for me to even care about Arno's story instead I had to try to make it fun for myself with the
different missions,
side missions or even just running across rooftops.
Huge open world, good crime story with three
different endings, three playable characters each with their own special ability and dialogue, lots of weapon choices, fun things to do during or after the story (parachuting, shooting range, racing, and going to the movies just to name a few), often funny and bizarre «Strangers and Freaks»
side missions, and all kinds of vehicles to drive around the huge open world.
While there is a main theater to upgrade, purchasing the
different Social Clubs will yield additional income earned and more
side -
missions to complete.
In this regard, Gal Gun 2 has a lot more to it with all of the
side missions and
different character arcs without needing to completely replay the game to see more than one Ending.
You can unlock
different costumes, including Spider - Man 2099 and Ultimate Comics» Spider - Man, during several
side missions in the game and each has in - game information about it as well as real - world first appearances.
Through both
sides of the campaign there are eight total
different missions, each having a
different map from one another.
Various
side missions and mini-games are spread out throughout the
different towns and areas Velvet and crew will be visiting, offering rewards such as unique costumes for each character and

different editions depending on where you buy it and what phase of the moon you're in at the time, so it's hard to know if any of the mountains of DLC, Unlockable Extras,
Side Missions and Add - Ons for Ubisoft Game change anything significantly about the main story.
There are 4
different groups of
side missions each orchestrated by a
different companion.
This gives a lot of reason to complete many
different types of
missions and their
side objectives, as doing so will earn and unlock unique gear.
Additionally, by unlocking and relocking the
side -
missions, you end up playing two
different games in parallel - you play a game where there are bunches of
side missions and collecting to do - then you finish it all, and play a game of doing main
missions until the
side -
missions are arbitrarily re-unlocked, then you switch back.
There are a large number of optional tasks and
side missions, but eventually you get to move on to «Sector Zero» which has the tougher zombies and
different architecture.
Adding more variety to the experience are the
different mission objectives, ranging from destroying Xenos nests, activating certain devices and more, and some randomized special events, such as special Xenos that are very difficult to defeat, hordes of Xenos assaulting players from all
sides and more.
Each objective you complete whether it be
side missions, main quest, or random events happening in the wasteland will allow you to rank up and pick from a variety of
different skills.
A staggering 90
missions (42 story - based and 56 additional
side missions) allows players plenty of chances for Ace to gain respect and authority while simultaneously offering a myriad of
different segments of gameplay to prevent stagnation.
