Two experts from two
different stakeholder groups offered their feedback: A) An educator who was looking for ways to make the idea more useful for a real - world classroom setting, and B) a social investor, who was looking to see if there was a viable market, and if the product would make a viable business.
This lesson will also develop students» key analysis and judgement skills (vital for success in exams) by evaluating
whether different stakeholder groups will be for or against business growth and by encouraging students to justify and support their decisions.
It featured speakers
representing different stakeholder groups, including Registered Dietician Dr Clare Pettinger, Melanie Leach, the Director General of the Food and Drink Federation, Professor Jack Winkler who is visiting lecturer at UCL and Lee Sheppard the Director of Policy at apetito UK.
