The game allows you to set two different sets of commands for your abilities or two
different weapons sets that you can cycle through quickly using the d - pad which allows you to have a variety of weapons and powers at your disposal.
The player can then choose between multiple challenges, each with
a different weapon set.
A wide array of characters await, each of whom wields
a different weapon set and fills different roles.
Factions come from different countries that played a part in WWI, Belgians, Germans, French, British and American, while each also have
different weapon sets respective of their nationality.
Each role has
a different weapon set, for example, the Tommies Rifleman from Britain has the «Lee Enfield Mark III», compared to the Belgian Schildwacht, who uses a «Mauser Model 1889».
You see, whilst Cactus comes with her own little machine gun and flamethrower combo, her new found friends — Holly, Lemon, Coral, Starch, Aubergine, Shiitake and Peanut — all have access to
different weapon sets; seeker missiles, shotguns, lasers, mines, drills and more all feature.

weapon set to unlock the new abilities you'll have a massive choice of
weapons at your disposal to find the play style right for you.
You have 2
different weapons, as well as bare hands combat... all with their own move
sets, as well as ways to modify the
weapon attacks for
different approaches to
different situations.
On the surface RAGE doesn't really look hugely
different from the other FPS games on the market, but it's the enemies and choice of
weapons that help
set it apart from the crowd.
To this end the game grants you five slots to store
different profiles in so that when you join a game you can tailor your skill
set and
weapons to the plan.
Now onto the Single player mode or the «single player upgrade» if you've purchased the multiplayer edition, this is basically the same as a private match in multiplayer, you play one of the multiplayer selections against AI on top of that you have survival mode which was rather confusing, my idea of the game was a normal FPS game with zombies implemented so you can't camp, when you're playing the survival mode the full area has some sort of gas which will kill you if you don't get out of it, you get sent to
different air pockets which open up in a
set area per round, this meaning you have to camp in the air bubble and take on the hordes of zombies approaching, I've played a few zombie fps games in my days and always wanted to move around, create a train and take them out, on top of that ammo drops or
weapon drops are in said bubbles and lack in quality, I wasn't impressed with the survival mode implementation and wouldn't advise any horde fans to even look at it.
They have their own
set of abilities and
weapons that create a gameplay experience completely
different from that of the main protagonist, Jason.

weapons and added a completely

weapons, and it's said to be even more than the previous game plus all the
weapons will have their own manufacture design.
