country's unique challenges
differently: some firms have deepened their ties through mergers with Chinese law firms, while others have closed shop (most notably multinational firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in 2015, and Cadwalader Wickerhsam & Taft stating that it will leave China
by the end of 2016).
