If I find fresh, do I prep
it differently than dried, or is it the same for fresh and dried?

The batter was a bit
dry / harder
than I thought it would be and I had to bake it for longer — I used only about 1 / 3c of oats because the batter was so
dry — not sure what I did so
differently beyond the rice malt syrup, which shouldn't have made a huge difference from the maple syrup, surely?
The only things I can think of that I didn't
differently: used homemade veg broth I had in the freezer (I'm vegetarian though my husband isn't and he thought the soup was great) used mixed
dried mushrooms (you can get a large amount from costco for not too much - I keep them on hand for all my
dried mushroom needs) did a healthy glug of sherry (more
than the recipe) into the mushrooms when they were done sauteeing added spinach at the end to the soup For the dumplings, the only thing I did that was different
than what many would do is use an egg from one of my hens - other
than that I made them just as other people did but mine were full of flavor and could be eaten plain.
I was initially confused by this layer of polyester fleece since I didn't understand why polyester fleece functioned
differently in hybrid fitted diapers
than it did in stay -
dry pocket diapers.
My hair blow
drys a little
differently than with the cream but it's not any worse or better - just a different type of curl.
I've restored the painting and am waiting to see how it
dries... Each painting, each color, each coat, the same paint,
dries differently even in the same place, and there is no way of being absolutely sure how it will
dry... One of my paintings may
dry «better» and «closer» to the painting that is yours
than the painting that is yours and I'd like to offer to send you, or if you wish, to invite you to look at, several similar paintings in my studio, in case your painting doesn't
dry exactly right, now.
