Breakfast: oatmeal with egg (me), oatmeal with agave (Mike) Snack: apples Lunch: pasta with zucchini and tomatoes in lemon - yogurt sauce Snack: celery and carrots with Greek yogurt dip Dinner: pasta with zucchini and tomatoes in lemon - yogurt sauce (me); chicken taco soup, corn on the cob (Mike) Snack: peanut butter toast with banana (Mike) Drinks: peppermint tea, water with lemon

It is hazelnut season here and I bet hazelnuts, some dried apples, and maybe a drizzle of dark chocolate (hell, maybe a dip) would be a very tasty modification to these cookies, then as you dunk all that yummy chocolate will be in the coffee!

To celebrate this new year apple dipped in honey is eaten for a sweet year ahead.

I snack on anything from grapes to apples dipped in almond butter to veggies & crackers dipped in hummus.

My suggestion is to dip the pear and apple pieces in the pineapple juice right after dicing.
