We are big pizza eaters
in this house and always love a few bread
sticks on the side to
dip in additional marinara sauce.
The glaze should be very smooth and easily
stick to the cookies when you
dip them
in.
Shape 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture around each olive,
dipping hands
in flour, if necessary, to prevent
sticking.
This version was a bit too spicy for me, but I bet if I had the bread

A tip on making it easier to
dip them and make the end result smoother:
