I admit that my favorite way to eat this caramel flavored spread is from a spoon, but it is also great when poured over ice cream, used as a

sliced bananas, and whipped cream).

slices and crackers and we devoured it happily.
For a healthy snack idea, buy seasonal
fruit and
dip the
slices into dairy - free, vegan chocolate.
What's in it: 3 apples (a firm apple like honey crisp or granny smith are easiest to
slice with the mandolin) Ground cinnamon, to taste Pinch of salt, to taste (optional) For the
dip: 1/3 cup plain yogurt (greek or regular are fine) 2 tablespoons creamy peanut or almond butter 1 teaspoon maple syrup Optional garnishes for
dip: fresh apple
slices, chopped peanuts, drizzle of maple syrup If you're making nachos, some topping ideas include: chopped nuts / seeds, pomegranate seeds, dried
fruit, shaved coconut, chia seed
*** This glaze also makes for a wonderful cupcake topping or even can be used as a
dip for freshly
sliced fruit.

fruit you'll be using the night before and store in an airtight container in your refrigerator 3) If serving the kabobs with the Greek yogurt as a

And lastly a bit of a miscellaneous list here of some other sweet and savoury snacks that I have come across that use vegetables in creative ways that you may not have through of before — think savoury «cupcakes» using vegetables instead of
fruit with a nut spread or
dip as the «icing», popcorn made out of cauliflower and grated vegetables incorporated into tasty bite - sized balls and
slices.
Featuring a refreshing and easy vegan
fruit terrine, accompanied with
fruit skewers (kabobs)
dipped in chocolate and a
slice of vegan chocolate cake for an easy yet impressive holiday dessert platter.
Fill each cup of a muffin pan with different foods, such as cheese cubes, leftover pasta, pickles or olives, cut - up deli meat, crackers or cereal, chopped
fruit,
sliced vegetables, and
dip.
Offer yogurt or low - fat salad dressing for him to
dip pretzels, vegetables, or
fruit slices in, and outfit him with a lively placemat and dinnerware.
Good choices include veggie sticks with a low fat

dips, or my own homemade treats such as protein balls or healthy
slices.
You can serve this
dip with just about any
fruit you can think of - my family especially loves to
dip strawberries and
sliced apples into it.
Would be perfect for
slices of bread, cheese, veggies and
fruit, and little dishes with yummy
dips.
Cut out a circle from the last
slice of bread to match the size of the open top of the mold,
dip it into the
fruit juice, and use it to cover the pudding.
