dipping veggies in more veggies, which is a super healthy way to kick off the weekend.
I've made the dressing a couple of time now since then, it's great on a salad or for
dipping veggies in!
Then slather over toast, crackers, put in a pot and
dip your veggies in — whatever you do, enjoy!
It's unusually versatile: Slather it on a slice of bread and top with turkey, dunk your kids chicken nuggets in it (eating them yourself, obviously),
dip some veggies in it (you're so healthy!)
It is also thick enough to just
dip veggies in it for a snack or great for a party.

I have to admit that a few times I've cut up a bunch of
veggies, toasted some pitas, and gone to town
in with this
dip... for dinner.
I understand it's different, but start your kids young on loving raw
veggies (with fun
dips), and pretty soon they won't mind munching a carrot
in the stroller.
I chopped my
veggies and pulsed them
in because I like the
dip to be chunkier, but if you like a smooth texture you could totally just dump it all at once into the food processor.

As always, the
veggies get wrapped up
in a moistened rice paper wrapper (sometimes called spring roll skin) and then
dipped in the most delicious peanut sauce.
I use the healthy, protein - packed spread as a
dip for
veggies, on chicken tenders, on top of fish and even
in mini quesadillas.
Once the tempeh is nicely browned and crisped up
in a bit of oil you can just
dip it into the tahini sauce directly, or you can take this dish to the tempeh stir fry level by adding
in some
veggies.
Not only are you ditching the dairy with this
dip, you're also adding
in some extra servings of
veggies.

Veggies: tomatoes, onions, zucchini, radicchio, peppers Chutneys: tomato, mango, cranberry Pestos: cilantro, basil, arugula
Dips: guacamole, salsa, hummus Pickled
Veggies: onions, okra, jalapenos, carrots, pepperoncini, kimchi Hot Sauces: harissa, chipotle chiles
in adobo sauce, sambal oelek, Sriracha Slaws: broccoli, carrot, cabbage
And you're right, it makes a great
dip for
veggies in general.

veggies, layered onto your breakfast egg dishes, and more!
If you'd like your
dip to be a little more chunky, I would suggest making the «cream»
in your blender, and then using a food processor to finely dice your
veggies.
Dig
in with your favorite tortilla chip or
veggies and have a delicious and healthy alternative to your favorite
dip.
I added most of the dressing to the lettuce and massaged it
in (reserving a bit to
dip veggies or crackers
in for a snack later
in the week).

I did use a couple variations based on the Confit Byaldi recipe you give the link to above: 1) cooked the onion and garlic, salt and pepper
in olive oil until soft
in a pan, then 2) took half a red bell pepper, cooked according to the Byaldi recipe, chopped it and mixed into the mix above, 3) simmered the whole thing with some parsley, thyme leaves and half a bay leaf, removing the thyme and bay leaf once it heated up; 4) used sliced tomatoes instead of red bell peppers interspersed with the other
veggies, and made the vinaigrette according to the Byaldi recipe to decorate the plates /
dip the ratatouille
in.
