dire situation A former second Deputy Governor
of the Bank
of Ghana, Dr. Johnson Asiama has indicated that the Central Bank is in a poor
financial state and
needs immediate
financial support from government.
They are supposed to reflect the agreement between the Troika and the recipient country, but often the
dire need of recipient countries for
financial support tilts the balance decisively in favour
of the Troika.
