I don't kneed the dough, just dump it
directly in my hot
dutch oven.
I mixed the oil from the
dutch oven directly in my yogourt sauce with shredded mint, as I save to take the left overs for lunches.
Remove from heat, stir
in a spoonful of butter, and top with more cheese and some crispy bits (prosciutto FTW), then serve
directly out of the
Dutch oven at the table.
