- Bend both knees to about 90 - degree angles, keeping the knees aligned
directly over the feet (not rolling forward).
Your front knee should be
directly over your foot all throughout the movement.
In order to find balance on one foot with a neutral spine, the head has to be aligned
directly over that foot.
Walk your feet back until your body forms a right angle, with the hips

foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been
directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
