OK, I know this violated my two ingredient rule but I cut it some slack because it did
n't dirty any pot.
I ended up hungry and still craving mac and cheese with a sink full
of dirty pots and pans.
However, if you can't / don't do that, I would roast the corn as well because why
bother dirtying another pot and dealing with boiling water?
