If an attorney is able to meet his demands of practice despite his disability by making reasonable accommodations in his employment, then he will be protected by the ADA from
discrimination in employment situations and can continue his craft; but if the disability causes harm to clients and the public, ethics regulators are not bound to allow that harm to continue simply because the attorney suffers from a disability.
