Not exact matches
It is not enough to measure the number of fruits and vegetables or the quantity of sodium
in each
dish; you also have to prepare the food well,
in the school and not at some outside
kitchen as so often
happens when our school
kitchens are no more than «warming centers.»
I can understand where a few other reviews are critical of the food but considering the demands put on a
kitchen to provide 3 fresh 3 course covers per day for each guest the food was great; it is going to
happen that a few
dishes will feel familiar after a week of eating
in the same restaurant but the nature of the available fresh ingredients obviously demands it to be like that.
This, of course,
happens after you've cooked your gourmet dinner
in the fully equipped
kitchen and loaded the
dishes into the dishwasher.
While I love the look of all neutrals or simple stacks of white
dishes like I have
in my
kitchen, I
happen to love life and real life is full of patterns, colors and textures.
A lot of
dishes and crumbs accumulate (I seriously sweep about three times a day)... not to mention the typical paper pile - up that often
happens in a
kitchen.
