A parent or guardian who allows an underage person to gamble in Atlantic City, New Jersey is guilty of
a disorderly persons offense.
Except as provided in subsection e., a person commits a petty
disorderly persons offense if, with purpose to harass another, he:
If the property or service involved is worth less than $ 200, then the theft is considered
a disorderly persons offense that carries a jail term of not more than six months and a fine not exceeding $ 1,000.
