Now, the reason we use
disposable foil pans so much is that the soot from your grill will destroy your inside pans.
After I got a stove (but still no sink) I made this in the oven in
a disposable foil pan.
(We use one of
those disposable foil pans so there is no clean up.)
If using wood chips: Scatter over coals, if using a charcoal grill; place in
a disposable foil pan and set over lit burner, if using a gas grill.
A disposable foil pan and 1 cup wood chips soaked in water at least 1 hour (optional); oven thermometer
I plan to use
the disposable foil pans.
